Dany Holdings Sdn Bhd is the investment holding arm of Dany Group of Companies which comprised of Dany Press Sdn Bhd, Dany Development Sdn Bhd, Dany Marketing Services Sdn Bhd and Al Iman Enterprise.
Dany Holdings Sdn Bhd currently owns a few rental properties such as factories, commercial outlets, residential units, land banks & manufacturing machineries.
Apart from that, Dany Holdings Sdn Bhd also is currently involved in a few projects such as supplying NGV equipment, development projects, rubber compound manufacturing, project consultant in ICT, Petrol Station, and to name a few.
Percetakan dany was incorporated in 1974. It was later reorganised and restructured under a new management in 1997, assuming the name dany press Sdn. Bhd. Or DPSB. What was started as a general printing company is today among the leaders in computer form printing.
In 1983, DPSB became one of the first printers in Malaysia to venture into the field of supplying continuous stationery to the computer industry.
By mid 1991, a new line with bigger configuration was installed, thus expanding its production capacity tremendously.
On the 19th january, 2001 dany press sdn. Bhd. Was the first 100% bumiputra computer form manufacturing company to be certified with ms ISO 9002.
Today, DPSBs paid-up capital is rm 1, 143, 285. Dpsbs 1, 200 sq. Meter factory is located at bandar tun razak, cheras, one of kuala lumpurs most thriving capital city.

Dany Marketing Services Sdn Bhd is involved in trading of cooking oil (Palm Oil Based) , computer equipment, contractor for fishing canvas pond, wellness products and to name a few.
Al Iman Enterprise has been appointed by Petronas Dagangan Berhad as the business partner (Petronas Service Station) to sell Petrol, Diesel, Lubricants and Convenience Store products in the southern tip of Malaysia (Johor Bahru) .
